We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks and ensuring accurate data entry. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, giving you the chance to become a key part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records.

• Resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Ensure accurate data entry for all accounts payable activities.

• Perform account reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.

• Execute regular check runs to ensure timely payments.

• Utilize software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounts payable tasks.

• Code invoices correctly and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.

Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle and SAP software

• Experience in invoice processing and check runs

• Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software

• Strong data entry skills

• Knowledge of coding invoices

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
