•Undertake technical and feasibility studies of projects including site investigations, zoning studies, survey reports, maps and other data analysis;•Prepare design drawings, technical reports and other technical documentation complied with guidelines, government regulations, potential environmental hazards and other factors including New York City building code, New York City energy conservation code, and OSHA requirements.•Model and visualize design projects with building information system (BIS) to analyze and resolve design projects.•Perform construction special inspections and progress inspection. •Evaluate and review building energy conservation design during design and construction, perform energy conservation code compliance inspection.•Project coordination with clients and a variety of professionals including zoning specialists, architects, engineers, and contractors.•Use tools including: ArcGIS, Revit, Ram concept, Etabs, Bluebeam, Tekla structure, AutoCAD. Requirements:•Master’s degree of Civil Engineer, or Urban Design. •One year experience in establishing project objectives; developing detailed plans and budgets; implementing change management strategies to adjust project plans. •Skills in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Revit.
