Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a part time Receptionist role based in French Camp, California. The Receptionist will play a pivotal role in our team by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our customer, attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face. This role will start out 4-6 hours daily and will eventually move to standard 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system in a professional manner • Delivering superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders • Accurately entering data into the company's database • Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform daily tasks • Organizing files and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as necessary • Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers Requirements • Must have a minimum of one year experience in a receptionist role or similar position

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems is required

• Demonstrated customer service skills are essential

• Should have experience in data entry tasks

• Proficient in email correspondence

• Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for this role

• Should have experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Organizing files and maintaining a neat workspace is a key requirement

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately is required.
