Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible

for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using precise MIG welding techniques. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, which serve critical functions in various industries including emergency response vehicles, military, and specialty commercial vehicles.

Location: Fremont, NE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $27/HR ( Pay is Based on Experience )

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications.

  • Operate welding equipment safely and effectively to produce high-quality welds.

  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.

  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a MIG welder, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

  • Proficiency in welding steel and aluminum using MIG techniques.

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

  • Knowledge of welding tools and equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
