Responsibilities

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating, setting up CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our clients while maintaining our commitment to efficiency and safety.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate advanced CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision parts that meet exact specifications.

• Read and interpret complex blueprints, including GD&T, ensuring the highest quality of output.

• Perform in-process inspections, utilizing precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure accuracy.

• Troubleshoot and fine-tune machine operations to optimize efficiency and output quality.

• Work closely with engineers and fellow machinists to continuously improve processes and exceed customer expectations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety standards.

Skills

• CNC Machining (8 years of experience is preferred)

• Lathe (8 years of experience is preferred)

• Blueprints (8 years of experience is preferred)
