Required Skills:

Program Manager, Supplier Ecosystems Transformation Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, scope, and lead key programs supporting a new Supplier Engagement, Enablement, and Diversity (SEED) team responsible for the evolution of Meta’s global supplier ecosystem from transactional to transformational.

  2. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Meta’s Source to Pay (S2P) organization as well as Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications, Enterprise Products, Business Stakeholders and external suppliers and partners to drive on-going transformation of Meta’s global supplier ecosystem.

  3. Understand strategic business objectives and requirements in order to support and facilitate operational improvement initiatives and new program development.

  4. Meaningfully contribute to strategic planning/roadmap development efforts to enable SEED to scale in support of Meta’s business, community, and social impact objectives.

  5. Centralize and standardize SEED process documentation for Meta, manage the governance of these technical processes, and consult on developing new business solutions that enable the organization to scale and achieve key metrics.

  6. Collaborate with S2P colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document innovative process improvement opportunities that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses and eliminate waste.

  7. Provide solutions to increase efficiencies in the supply chain and adopt technology to automate processes.

  8. Provide subject matter expertise to S2P, business stakeholder, and supplier leaders by leading the design and management of policy governance plans and ensuring compliance tracking.

  9. Support the leaders during Internal Audits.

  10. Gather data and perform data analysis, supply market analysis, benchmarking and best practices research to identify trends, business insights, cycletime reduction opportunities and process automation opportunities, as well as to inform business decisions.

  11. Develop training materials for new process enhancements, programs and policies.

  12. Help establish the SEED team “ways of working” to ensure optimal work plan collaboration and product roadmaps supporting supplier ecosystem transformation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a sourcing/procurement-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following:

  2. Supporting the evaluation, development and implementation of operational improvements through process redesign to enable standardization, compliance, scalability and velocity

  3. Analytical problem solving

  4. Analyzing processes and identifying pain points in order to deliver process improvements

  5. Organizational experience with balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously

  6. Communication and process/project management experience

  7. Vendor management and building client relationships

  8. Procurement Transformation, Procurement Operations, Strategic sourcing, competitive sourcing, and supply chain management

  9. Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint

Public Compensation:

$172,453/year to $186,450/year + bonus + equity + benefits
