Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Fremont, California. The role involves working within the Financial Services industry, focusing on areas such as ADP financial services, employee relations, and compliance. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other ATS systems for efficient processing of HR-related tasks

• Handle communication within the organization, ensuring clear and effective information dissemination

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, including FMLA

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment

• Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce for efficient processing of HR-related tasks

• Handle benefit functions, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively

• Utilize Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective data transfer within the organization

• Maintain detailed records and handle confidential information with discretion

• Assist in employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training

• Manage HR procedures and systems to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within an HR context

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations in HR

• Proven track record in managing Employee Relations

• Experience with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Knowledge of current HR practices and industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred

• Experience in a similar role as an HR Generalist is preferred.
