Job Title: Haz Field Technician

Job Description

We have two exciting opportunities available for Haz Field Technicians. The successful applicants will provide full-time support within manufacturing locations, handling hazardous waste materials and responding to hazardous material spills and battery-related events. The job openings are as follows: 1) 5 AM to 1:30 PM from Monday to Friday, and 2) Thursday to Saturday, with rotating Wednesdays every other week, from 5 PM to 5 AM. The typical responsibilities include hazardous waste collection from manufacturing processes, site inspections, emergency spill response and cleanup, waste stream processing, hazardous waste packaging, and waste disposal. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all Tesla requirements for managing hazardous waste.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fremont, California.

Work Environment

The work environment is onsite. You will be required to load or unload materials into containers or onto trucks, utilizing material handling equipment. In addition, you will be responsible for the decontamination and cleaning of Waste Team equipment.
