Chemical Technician

Job Description

Join a semiconductor parts cleaning company in Fremont! As a Chemical Technician, you will stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs consistently, and work with hazardous chemicals daily. Your responsibilities will include processing parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods, maintaining daily organization and upkeep of your assigned process area, and working in a cleanroom environment. You will also participate in and adhere to safety programs, complete various trainings, and report achieved task goals. Maintaining a high degree of safety and environmental awareness through the practice of safe work habits is crucial. Attendance at monthly safety meetings and training programs is mandatory. Correct handling, safe use, and disposal of hazardous chemicals, including Hydrofluoric acid, Nitric Acid, Hydrochloric acid, water, Acetone, Isopropyl, Bleach, Ammonia, and Caustic soda, are essential.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a cleanroom environment with hazardous chemicals. Shifts available include day (6am-2:30pm), swing (2pm-10:30pm), and grave (10pm-6:30am).
