The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure the manufacturing process meets our high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Manage and lead production teams to ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe operations.

• Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings.

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, etc.) and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Supply Chain, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, waste, and equipment performance.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

• Provide coaching, training, and development for production staff.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for prompt resolution.
