The position requires role model leadership skills and extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and materials management. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-site manufacturing leader responsible for the operations performance of 5 factories
Drive the integration of intercompany operations to maximize output
Lead safety focused and compliant culture
Ensure world class quality and sustained continuous improvement
Achieve aggressive past due and inventory reduction
Personal accountability to key product launches and capacity to enable growth
Orchestrate rapid capacity expansion and reposition products with cross functional team
Champion continuous improvement projects and lean deployment/maturity
US CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Business management
7+ years combined of Supply Chain, Operations, Business management or Manufacturing Engineering experience
Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.
Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions.
