Dunkin' Production Cake Mixer in Freehold, New Jersey
Jersey Shore CML is currently seeking a Cake Mixer to join our central manufacturing warehouse facility.
Please note, this is not a remote position.
As Cake Mixer you will be expected to mix and prepare different munchkins/donuts, that you will put into a machine that you will need to operate and maintain throughout production. This machine needs to be monitored and maintained to make sure its producing company standard product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of how to operate a Hobart mixer or can be taught how to operate machinery.
Knowledge and understanding of mixing to make donuts.
Being able to mix and prepare from a recipe.
Responsible to produce certain quantities based on a production list/ par level that will be provided each day
Ability to be self-motivated to manage volume production without sacrificing quality
Maintain clean and organized work environment
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to plan, organize and time manage.
Perform duties as assigned by supervisor
You will need to clean the area workstation once production is completed
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Cleaning machinery, and workstation equipment
To perform the essential job functions safely and successfully
Standing for long periods of time (8+ hours)
Must be able to lift and carry between 50-100 lbs. per batch
QUALIFICATIONS:
Food Production/Manufacturing experience is a must!
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor and other team members both written and verbally
Strong understanding of GMP Compliance guidelines
Serv Safe Certified, preferred
Bilingual, preferred
