DFT Communications Customer Service Representative in Fredonia, New York

FT: Customer Service Representative, Fredonia Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and assisting in providing product and service information. The Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

Duties/Responsibilities: Quality Assurance calls to include installation, trouble tickets and winbacks. Outbound calling to upsell products and services. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Provide information about the products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Assist in answering customer service queues. Taking customer payments Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities High School Diploma and/or GED 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask. Positive and professional demeanor Dependable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to speak clearly on the phone with customers. Work well with others in a team environment. Need to be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, typing, scanning, and copying.
