We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The role is an integral part of our team, with responsibilities that include managing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The candidate will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and manage detailed customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various tasks and responsibilities

• Use ADP - Financial Services for financial management and reporting

• Manage individual taxes using appropriate accounting systems

• Operate a Computerized Accounting System efficiently

• Use Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Assist in preparing the Annual Budget and conduct Cash Flow Analysis.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems is a must.

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget is crucial.

• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis is advantageous.
