We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our vibrant senior living communities and services! As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be the key player in finding the crème de la crème in the talent market.

Your Mission:

  • Uncovering hidden gems in the vast sea of candidates

  • Partner with our managers to understand the secret ingredients needed for each role

  • Craft job ads so irresistible that candidates will be lining up around the block

  • Transform our applicant tracking system and hiring practices into lean, mean, hiring machines

  • Manage open requisitions in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it operates smoothly and automates recruiting tasks to streamline the process

  • Build a talent pipeline so robust, that it could power a small city

  • Screen a high volume of resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural add

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition

  • Build a network by attending job fairs, school career fairs, and hosting career expos in our communities

Requirements

You're Our Perfect Match If:

  • You can juggle multiple tasks

  • You have experience in using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making

  • Willing to work in a hybrid environment and travel up to 30%

Pay range is 75,000k - 90,000k and is based on relative experience.
