Our client is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join their team.This could be a part-time or full-time permanent opportunity. Benefits are offered to full-time employees. Pay rate: $18-$21 per hour
Position Overview:
"Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is pivotal in maintaining our operational efficiency.We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is a quick learner, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Experience in HR tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, and social media management would be a significant advantage."
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
Time management skills to handle tasks efficiently under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Inputting timesheets and job costs accurately
Managing spreadsheets for various operational needs
Purchase order management:
Placing orders with manufacturers and vendors
Updating and Maintaining the Purchase Order Log
Following up on open Purchase Orders regularly
Matching packing slips with purchase orders for invoicing
Financial Support:
- Assisting the Financial Specialist with invoicing and billing tasks
General Administrative Duties:
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Organizing and maintaining office files including job files and vendor records
Undertaking projects such as organizing supplies and managing warehouse inventory
