We are looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to assist in the development and implementation of all email and email marketing campaigns. As part of the dynamic marketing team, you will help optimize targeted emails and email campaigns that result in organization conversions.

Your main responsibilities will include the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and communicating with the Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of email marketing best practices and tactics, and excellent organization and analytical skills.

Job Description:

-Participating, designing, planning, and execution of email marketing campaigns

-Establish schedules, route for creative review, and assure appropriate approvals for all emails

-Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling

-Conduct quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns

-Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

-Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features

-Ensure prompt and accurate communication via email to minimize unsubscribes

-Drive outreach, membership, and communication through email

-Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

-Work closely with internal teams to complete tasks within Wrike, our task management software system

-Assist in the Data segmentation to improve overall email engagement

-Troubleshoot and correct any issues that may occur during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails

-Ensure daily email activities are completed and deployed on time

-Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree preferred with concentrations in marketing, journalism, communications, or equivalent work experience

-Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

-Strong project management skills

-An ability to work under tight deadlines

-Experience with analytical and database tools

-Familiarity with standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures within digital

marketing and marketing communications

-Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Wrike Management system preferred but not

required
