As the Director of Nursing at Fraser Villa, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our residents.

  • Maintain excellent communication with residents’ families, addressing concerns and providing updates on their loved ones' care.

  • Monitor and improve patient outcomes through effective quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
