Description: We are a team of 7 that performs the HO Computer Equipment Administration. This is part of a project for people and equipment move activities, such as, desktop hardware implementations, testing, asset management and decommissioning of desktop computer equipment. Must haves: Basic desktop hardware monitor, docking station and desktop printer implementation, troubleshooting & setting-up laptop hardware components, excellent Client Service skills and experience, including desk-side support, communication and writing skills. Physical ability to crawl under desks for cable hook-ups and management. Ability to lift 35 lbs. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, One Drive. Ability to meet daily/weekly productivity goals and timelines. Primary work location downtown Milwaukee. Secondary, Franklin campus location.
