The Janitor in Franklin WI will be a key stakeholder for a new 340,000 square foot conversion facility that is slated to open in 2023 and will play an integral part of Saputo\'s strategy to optimize its cheese network in North America. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter * Cleans restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and office areas throughout the plant. * Conducts general cleaning duties that include but isn\'t limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash pick-up, window cleaning. * Maintains hygiene product supply inventory. * Maintains chemical handling and janitorial chemical inventory throughout the plant (hand soap, toilet cleaner, etc.). * Maintains accurate record keeping. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have The Following Experiences, Skills, and Qualifications * Maintains good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas. * Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills. * Has 1 - 3 months of related experience and or training * Is capable of handling universal waste, bloodborne pathogens, and HAZCOM materials. * Can read and understand instructions. * Can resolve issues and problems that involve numerous variables in demanding situations. * Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift. * Physical lifting up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift. * Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment, and following approved chemical handling procedures.
