Responsibilities include executing direct & digital marketing programs, managing production schedules, client correspondence, resolving conflicts, reporting, and presentations.

General Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Manage/lead automotive marketing campaigns

  2. Manage all data processing and list information, including development and distribution of both internal and external (to the client) reports

  3. Manage and assist AEs in project management & campaign implementation to ensure timely, flawless implementation of client programs

  4. Responsible for project cost management & billing/invoicing of client

  5. Increase efficiency and profitability of the program.

  6. Work with Creative department and ensure that creative is on target with existing plan.

  7. Work with Director and Analytics team to analyze & report results of all marketing programs.

Job Description

  • Provide management of day-to-day activities of components of marketing programs for client account by ensuring accurate, timely execution of projects.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients at appropriate levels through daily contact. Possesses minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress.

  • Gains an understanding of the client’s business and product lines and utilizes that knowledge to establish credibility with client counterparts, and help drive recommendations based on the business goals

  • Manages the development of project schedules in conjunction with team.

  • Traffics projects internally & externally ensuring proper approvals are obtained.

  • Assists/leads the development and execution of creative concepts through the use of creative briefs, creative kickoffs, internal reviews, client presentations, etc. Reviews copy decks and mechanicals and obtains proper sign off from internal team and client.

  • Prepares data processing specifications and performs checks/balances

  • Coordinates or leads efforts with production team to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables. Obtains proper sign off

  • Coordinates or Directs third party vendor services when relevant

  • Prepares well-organized, clear and concise communications.

  • Responsible for Change Requests to notify team of scope changes.

  • Responsible for Alerting Management of any significance client changes or barriers that impact budget and/or timelines.

  • Works closely with other business functions; collaboration.

  • Point of contact for the client; liaison to Epsilon; represent the client interests; Agency

  • Driver of communication with client; expectation setting, ex: budget, timeline, scope

  • Understand financial reporting and process; profit and loss management; may lead the efforts to create the content of the reports

  • Responsible for day-to-day functions of our business, including: revenue processes, accounting, and reporting.

  • Estimating staffing and scoping for projects, including retainers, contracts, etc.

  • Consistently strengthens and adds value to the client relationships

  • Leverage knowledge of Epsilon capabilities to provide recommendations and solutions to clients

  • Thorough understanding of competitive landscape and development and application of leadership in area of expertise

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of direct marketing

  • Automotive Marketing experience preferred

  • Digital Marketing experience a plus

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Leading partnerships within the company to build collaboration.

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Able to adapt to rapidly changing expectations

  • Good organizational skills and time management.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • PC proficient, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite but especially skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to interpret analytics to develop insights

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through and ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately

  • Ability to solve practical problems, applying analytical reasoning

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of related marketing agency and/or client services experience.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
