Job Description

A client in the greater Nashville, TN area is looking for a BSA to join their team. This person will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements are documented, and system specifications are aligned with project objectives.

( Roughly 20 assignments that need requirements gathered and BRD and Traceability matrix developed) Finishing backlog documentation and they will act as a point of contact between stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring ongoing projects remain on track.

Skills and Requirements

1-2 professional years as a BSA

Healthcare knowledge/experience - Insurance, claims, processing, compliance, and understands the lingo

Comfortable working 30 hours a week with flexible hybrid schedule Experience or interest in PM or QA role null
