Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a personable and professional Client Service Administrator for our client in Franklin. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience being a liasion between clients and other departments regarding a variety of needs and is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for being a liaison between clients and underwriters. You will work with clients on new and renewal business as well as the claims process. The ideal candidate is someone with a can do attitude who is a problem solver. Candidates must have prior P&C insurance experience, preferably commercial.
