  • Support HR Programs: Administer benefits, leave programs, and policies to keep the team running smoothly.

  • bilingual Superhero*: Provide Spanish/English translation (written & verbal), offer employee relations support, coach employees, and guide managers to help everyone succeed! - *(bilingual preferred but not required, Spanish a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual to Qualify for position)

  • Onboarding Rockstar: Lead new employee orientation and welcome them with open arms!

  • Payroll & Benefits Guru: Set up payroll and benefits for new hires like a pro.

  • Workers' Compensation Support: Be the go-to person for Workers' Comp and ensure smooth administration.

  • Talent Hunter: Work with staffing agencies to recruit top talent and secure temp workers when needed.

  • HRIS & Payroll Backup: Manage timekeeping, maintain records, and step in as the backup for payroll using Paylocity.

  • Compliance Champ: Keep them on track with federal and state laws and update managers on the latest info.

  • Event Planner Extraordinaire: Help organize exciting company events like Employee Appreciation Day, holiday lunches, and summer family picnics!

salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer HR programs, policies, and procedures, including employee benefits and leave programs.

  • Offer bilingual* support in both Spanish and English, providing written and verbal translation, employee relations guidance, counseling, and coaching to employees while advising managers to foster employee success. **(bilingual preferred but not required, Spanish a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual to Qualify for position)

  • Conduct orientation for all new employees.

  • Set up payroll and benefits for new hires.

  • Assist with Workers' Compensation administration and support.

  • Collaborate with staffing agencies to assist in recruitment and talent development, securing temporary manufacturing workers as needed.

  • Provide backup for payroll administration via the Paylocity payroll portal, assist in managing timekeeping and attendance tracking, and maintain HRIS and personnel records.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, keeping supervisors and managers informed of relevant updates.

  • Help coordinate company events such as Employee Appreciation Day, holiday lunches, and summer family picnics.

  • Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
