Caffe Rel, Franklin's own classic French Neighborhood Caf,is seeking a FT Saut Cook to work in its fast paced kitchen. It's GOOD FOOD in a Gas Station!

What we need:

• Experiencewith culinary background
• Formal training and education preferred.
• Must be skilled in fast paced and demanding grill and saut settings, with the ability to cook upscale classic dishes.
• Knives skills required for prep, grill management and temperature knowledge, with the ability to breakdown fresh meat and seafood.
• Must also be able to move over to saut during busy service hours
• Should have a team spirit to work well with a dedicated crew.
• Pay will be hourly or salary depending on experience.
• References are required.
