POSITION: Lube Technician This jobwill focus around fluid checks and basic maintenance. PAY: Negotiable with experience, plus additional pay as commission is available. DUTIES:

• Will change a vehicle's oil, check the transmission fluid and other fluid levels, inspect various belts and filters, and check air levels and gauges.
• Training will be provided, but applicants should at least have a basic understanding of car maintenance.
• Will write up service reports and receipts for work done.
• May use a computer or cash register.
• Customer Service is a vital part of the job.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Lube technicians should be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
• No prior extensive experience is required.
• No special training or certification is necessary, but will be required to advance to higher positions as an automotive technician
