The Technical Support Specialist Immunology (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the support of the national service management in the immunology product area. This position is part of the Field Service Team and will be remote in Germany. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support of the national service management in the immunology product area

  • First point of contact in immunology support for our technicians in the event of technical problems

  • Competent and independent problem and error analysis of incoming enquiries in the event of system anomalies

  • Coordinating problem solutions and rectifying faults in collaboration with the service technicians

  • Training customers and technicians

  • Harmonization and introduction of national service standards and service processes including work instructions

  • Supporting technicians in the event of device-related escalations

  • Supporting sales and marketing when organizing events, such as workshops and trade fairs, and for ongoing projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • At least 3+ years of field service experience with proven success in field service

  • Strong technical knowledge (mechanics/electronics)

  • Capacity to working independently but also in (international) teams

  • Willing to take responsibility for maintaining technical stability in the relevant product areas (automation) while ensuring and further developing device performance

  • Applicable knowledge of regulations and standards concerning IVDs

  • Fluent in German and English, Willingness to travel around 60%, valid driving license

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a technical service organization ideally in the health care business
