What will I be doing?

  • Acceptance of delivery bills in the ordering system
  • Matching the delivery bills with the invoice & booking the deliveries
  • Checking and sending orders to our various suppliers
  • Checking the delivered goods in terms of quantity, quality, price and HACCP standards
  • Correct storage of goods and handling of incorrect and wrong deliveries
  • Preparation of the payment run
  • Weekly beverage orders as required and preparation of beverage requests for the in-house departments

This is how you can convince us

  • You have successfully completed training as a hotel specialist/hotel clerk/warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable and have relevant professional experience
  • You are ready to manage a shift
  • You are creative and open to new ideas
  • You have a high level of quality awareness and have already gained experience in the operations of a large hotel
  • You speak and are able to write in German and English
