What will I be doing?

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Ensuring smooth and professional operations throughout the hotel on night duty
• Responsibility for security during the night (multiple patrols)
• Looking after and advising our international guests, taking special requests into account
• Answering and transferring telephone calls and messages
• Professional complaint handling
• Carrying out the daily closing
• Processing and carrying out room service orders
• Preparing various reports and statistics
• Sharing responsibility for the training, development and support of team members at night
