Manager:in Accounting (m/w/d) ​

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des deutschen Accounting-Teams

• Steuerung der kompletten Finanzbuchhaltung – Hauptbuchhaltung, Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagevermögen, Treasury, Steuer –, Sie entwickeln die Prozesse in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Qualität konsequent weiter und richten sie an den strategischen Unternehmenszielen aus.

• Die termingerechte Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB / US-GAAP) zählen zu Ihren Kernaufgaben. Hier setzen wir auch auf Ihre Fähigkeiten rund um dieBilanzanalyse und -dokumentation.

• Auch steuerliche Themen wie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und –jahreserklärungen sowie das Tax Package für Ertragssteuern sind bei Ihnen angesiedelt.

• Sie arbeiten eng mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern zusammen und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Banken und Versicherungen.

• Transfer Price Dokumentationen sowie Steuerprüfungen gehören mit zu Ihren Themenfeldern

• Sie Stellen die Einhaltung aller für das Accounting relevanten internen und externen Vorschriften und Gesetze mit Ihrem Team sicher.

• Sie zeigen dabei echte Teamleader-Qualitäten - Koordinieren, Delegieren, fachliches Unterstützen und „Hands-On"-Qualitäten zeichnen Sie dabei aus.

Ihr Profil

• BWL- Studium (mit Schwerpunkt im Accounting und Controlling)

• Sie konnten umfassende Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung eines produzierenden multinationalen Konzernunternehmens sammeln (Berufserfahrung in einer BIG4 Gesellschaft oder Manager/Teamleiter Accounting ist ein Plus).

• Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu fordern, zu fördern und zu motivieren, sind ein Muss.

• Fundiertes Know-how in deutscher und internationaler Rechnungslegung (HGB / US-GAAP) sowie Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX).

• Eine hohe Affinität zu IT- und Organisationsthemen und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und ERP-Systemen (Oracle R12, ist ein Plus).

• Hohe Liebe zum Detail und Genauigkeit.

• Flexibel und Multitasking.

• Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte „Hands on“-Mentalität und Umsetzen mit Tatkraft, Motivationsfähigkeit und hoher Fachkompetenz bringen Sie mit.

Manager:in Accounting (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Responsible for the management and further development of the German accounting team

• Management of the complete financial accounting - general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, treasury, tax -, you will consistently develop the processes in your area of responsibility with regard to efficiency and quality and align them with the strategic corporate goals.

• The timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB / US-GAAP) is one of your core tasks. We also rely on your skills in balance sheet analysis and documentation.

• You will also be responsible for tax issues such as advance VAT returns and annual returns as well as the tax package for income taxes.

• You will work closely with auditors and tax advisors and coordinate cooperation with banks and insurance companies.

• Transfer price documentation and tax audits are also part of your remitYou and your team will ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and laws relevant to accounting.

• You demonstrate real team leader qualities - coordination, delegation, technical support and "hands-on" qualities characterize you.

Your profile

• Business studies (with a focus on accounting and controlling)

• You have gained extensive experience in financial accounting in a manufacturing multinational corporation (professional experience in a BIG4 company or manager/team leader accounting is a plus).

• Leadership experience and the ability to challenge, encourage and motivate a team are a must.

• Profound know-how in German and international accounting (HGB / US-GAAP) as well as Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX).

• A high affinity for IT and organizational topics and very good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle R12, is a plus).

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Flexible and multitasking.

• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong "hands on" mentality and implementation with drive, motivational skills and high level of expertise.

• You can work under pressure and prioritize time-limited tasks efficiently.

• Open and confident communication - written and spoken, in German and English - in cooperation with national and international colleagues.
