Job Description

Die Hauptaufgabe eines Senior Sales Consultants/Principal Sales Consultants im Pre-Sales Bereich besteht darin, als Expertin oder Experte für eine Reihe von Oracle-Produkten und -Lösungen, unseren Partnern, Interessenten und Kunden sowie intern unseren Vertriebsmitarbeitern die Fähigkeiten und Vorteile unserer Produkte und Lösungen zu präsentieren.

Ein Senior Sales Consultants/Principal Sales Consultant im Pre-Sales Bereich arbeitet in erster Linie an der Entwicklung, Validierung und Präsentation von kundenspezifischen Oracle-Lösungen mit.

Fokus sind Kunden im Bereich der Öffentlichen Verwaltung.

Als Senior/Principal Sales Consultant sind Sie verantwortlich für:

• Die technische und fachliche Unterstützung potenzieller Kunden und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit im Vorfeld des Verkaufsprozesses.

• Die Erleichterung des Verständnisses des Kunden für das Produkt/die Anwendung durch Präsentationen, Demonstrationen und die Durchführung von PoCs.

• Die Bereitstellung von technischer Unterstützung während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses.

• Die Präsentation und Erläuterung von Oracle Technologie Produkten und deren Vorteile.

• Den Entwurf, die Validierung und die Präsentation von Oracle-Lösungen und Konzepten auch unter Einbindung von erg--nzenden Produkten von Drittanbietern und Open Source Produkten.

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Referenzen durch enge, professionelle Kundenbeziehungen.

• Den Aufbau einer tragfähigen Kommunikationsebene bis zum C-Levels der Kunden.

• Entwickeln qualitativ hochwertiger kundenspezifischer Oracle-Standardpräsentationen und -demonstrationen.

• Die Unterstützung weniger erfahrener Sales Consultants und Vertriebsmitarbeiter mit technischer Expertise.

• Entwicklung von Kundenreferenzen durch sehr gute technische und professionelle Kundenbeziehungen.

• Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche deutsche und englische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

Bachelor-Abschluss, gleichwertig oder höher (Master) in Informatik, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung z.B. mit unterschiedlichen Oracle Technologien (onPrem und Cloud), dem Management von Oracle Datenbankprodukten, Oracle Middleware Produkten und ggf. auch mit der Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

• Kenntnis über moderne Applikationsentwicklungsmethoden und Konzepte wie Low Code, Containerization, GenAI, ML, Microservices, agiles Development, DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD

• Erfahrung mit Linux Betriebssystemen

• Erfahrung in einer Rolle mit Kundenkontakt, z. B. als Berater, Trusted Advisor, Solution Engineer oder Solution Architect

Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich Cloud sind wünschenswert
