We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Vendor/Supplier Management specialist that will join part of the Procurement and Strategic Sourcing department and be responsible leading, advising and guiding the organization in developing and establishing Vendor Management framework and business processes, document and measure vendor performance to ensure that the services provided meet or exceed client expectations.
Essential Functions:
SLA Development and Review:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop SLAs based on business objectives, minimize risks and customer expectations.
Conduct reviews of existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary changes
Deploy, analyze and manage survey results to identify risk and opportunities with existing supplier base
Facilitate QBR and/or Annual business reviews
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Performance Metrics:
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of services against agreed-upon SLAs.
Develop reporting mechanisms and scorecards to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on SLA requirements and expectations. Manage the delivery of performance feedback to suppliers.
Provide guidance to teams in meeting SLA targets and resolving any disputes or discrepancies.
Recommend and train teams in proper SLA management techniques, cycle counting procedures to monitor vendor performance
Process Optimization:
Analyze workflows and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in meeting SLA commitments.
Develop and implement process enhancements to streamline service delivery.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with SLA adherence, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
Documentation and Compliance:
Evaluate requirement and support in developing SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, etc. for best cost reduction, consistent and reliable supply of goods and services
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SLAs, performance metrics, and compliance measures.
Ensure that SLAs are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Training and Development:
Provide training and workshops to internal teams on SLA best practices and the importance of meeting commitments.
Stay current on industry trends, regulation and best practices in Supplier/Vendor management

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or other related field
5+ years' experience in Supplier Management role in Information Technology with Knowledge of IT/ automotive IT or relevant industry standards and best practices
Deep knowledge in contract management, sourcing and procurement processes and methodologies or related experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, planning and presentation skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Certifications:
CVM, CRVPM, CSCP, CPSM, CSM, C.P.M., CCWP, ASCM or related field a plus
Salary Range: $91,810 - $131,285
