Job Description:

Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Education Qualifications:

In the position, the PT will:

  • Work weekdays; there is no call or weekend shifts

  • Holidays will be on rotation PRN

  • Work within a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health and nursing home

  • Treat patients of all age ranges with a variety of diagnoses

  • Join a trusted rehab team that includes PTs, PTAs, an OT, a COTA and an SLP

  • The ideal candidate is a self motivated individual that enjoys collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to serve patients across the full spectrum of rural health care

  • Current license in the state performing services

Compensation Range: $34.21 - $51.32 / hour
