This position is for a Systems Architecture Senior for a Skunk Works® program. In this role, you will:

- Utilize model-based tools to develop systems and system element architecture, design, and interface definition.

- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts in architecture definition.

- Design, develop and oversee system architectures, including complex systems and systems design activities.

- Serve as focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture.

- Ensure conversion of mission requirements into total systems solutions that account for design and technology maturity constraints of the system.

- Support internal and external design reviews.

- Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies and design and analysis methodologies.

- Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.

This position may be located in Fort Worth, Texas or Marietta, Georgia. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected applicant must have a secret security clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

- Experience with model-based architecture tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody

- Familiarity with systems architecture best practices

Desired Skills:

- Experience with ground station and/or unmanned systems

- Experience working with government customer counterparts

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
