Role Overview

Seeking a skilled, highly motivated Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead the repair/execution team within the F-35 Sustainment Project Office.

The scope of this leader's responsibility includes providing MPM leadership support to a team managing the following repair elements:

- Transactional Repairs

- Subcontract Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) Agreements

- Master Repair Agreements (MRA)

- Supply Value Stream Initiative (SVSI) Repair Capacity

- OCONUS Product Support Providers (PSPs)

- Beyond Economical Repair (BER) /Beyond Physical Repair (BPR)

In addition, this leader support the execution phase (post-subcontract authorization) of all customer driven mod, depot, and annualized sustainment service subcontracts.

What is the Project Office?

Team supports the Program Office on all acquisition activity from contract inception to execution and closeout.

Reduces load/questions on LM Procurement team by using standard tools and business rhythms to drive reporting to internal and external customers.

Supports Global Supply Chain (GSC) Procurement teams through updated/changing requirements.

Represents GSC on various improvement / efficiencies throughout the supply chain.

This leader will work closely with program management, contracts, pricing and estimating, global supply chain, engineering, and other functional support teams to support execution activities.

Keeps the virtual working team energized and motivated to perform at the highest levels.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Some business travel may be required (<10%)

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a Secret Government Security Clearance, after hire and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or 12 years professional experience in related field

- Experience in Supply Chain Management

- Subcontract / Program Management experience

- Leadership Experience (formal or informal)

- Experience in in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies

- Experience using data to make business decisions

Desired Skills:

- Experience recruiting, training and developing a team

- Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing in an environment with numerous internal customers

- Experience interfacing with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally

- Experience thinking "outside the box" for innovative solutions to challenging programmatic issues and risks

- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Experience developing/reporting Return to Green (RTG) plans

- Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
