Description: Leads a multi-site team of Security Managers who develop, administer and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.

Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of classified and proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Responsible for the oversight of the F-35 Program Security managers supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs.

Serves as an F-35 enterprise Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).

Implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security, SCI security or DOD regulation. Works closely with U.S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.

Responsible for the development of multi site, multi customer security education, investigations, security violation procedures. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

Overseas the budget and staffing of the F-35 Security team.

Basic Qualifications:

SAP Security Management experience.

Industrial Security Management experience.

Expertise in DD254's and security aspects of contracts.

Experience interfacing with U.S. and foreign governments.

DoD SAP Security Manuals (DoD Directive 5205.07, Vol 1-4).

Desired Skills:

Expert knowledge of COMSEC, and international operations.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge leading leaders.

Experience interfacing with other defense contractors.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
