RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Quality Assurance Representative will use their keen eye and attention for detail to verify application information. It is critical to ensure the correct products and integrations are loaded and account data andfor cross functional teams when onboarding new customers.

• Verify information input into various front-end systems, and compare to original source documents to ensure accounts have been set-up accurately

• Verify various maintenance changes, including name, address, bank account, and others, ensuring they have been input correctly and all procedures have been followed

• Verify file builds

• Verify closings to ensure accounts were closed using the correct reason codes in all systems

• Verify additional card number add-ons (Discover, Amex, etc)

• Use reports to research problems and correct data

Basic Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 year's experience

• PC proficient and have familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Word

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data entry

• 10-key proficiency

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
