Lockheed Martin Project Engineer Manager-Level 5 in Fort Worth, Texas

- This position is for a Project Engineering manager on the F-22 Engineering Operations team.

- Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F-22 engineering projects.

- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

- Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project.

- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

- Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers.

- Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Project Engineering or Program Management experience

• CAM and/or EVMS experience

• Final Secret security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment

• Good understanding of LM material acquisition process

• Strong knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes

• CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes

• Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges

• Good understanding of LM contract proposal process

• Demonstrated accountability and proactivity

• Demonstrated problem solving skills

• Works effectively with minimal guidance

• Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers

• Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
