Adecco is currently partnering with one of the premier distributors of oncology medications to identify a Certified Pharmacy Technician with Data Intake experience for an onsite role in Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay- The anticipated wage for this position is between $21.00 and $ 21.75
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Requirements : To be considered for this role you must have the following experience, and certifications:
Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician . - This is not negotiable.
Must have an active CPhT License-
Must have 1-3 years of Pharmacy Data Intake experience.
Excellent Data Entry skills
-Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Fort Worth, Texas
-High School Diploma or equivalent GED

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checks all orders for completeness of information.
Ability to read and interpret prescriptions
Verifies patient information and proper physician authorization.
Checks all orders for insurance approval.
Calculates correct dosage volumes, converting between metric and apothecary equivalents.
Responsible for assisting Pharmacists in the safe distribution of medications and the provision of pharmaceutical care.
Enter and process new prescriptions into the pharmacy computer system where permitted by pharmacy regulation, and only at the direction of the supervising pharmacist after their review of the prescription in accordance with The Company policy and procedure.
Process prescription refills to include: refill confirmation when appropriate, review pending refills with the supervising pharmacist, generate refill documentation and process third party claims adjudication.
Maintains a neat and clean workstation.
Accurately process all orders in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining the accuracy of software templates.
Schedule - M-F 10am- 7pm

Pay Details: $21.00 to $21.75 per hour
