Work hours: Full-Time Nights, Monday-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:30am

Here’s What You Need:

· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

· Associates Degree Preferred

· 6 Months related experience Required

· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.

· Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.

What You Will Do:

· Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.

· Monitors systems: RTLS, Security Cameras, HUGS, Fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with Patient and Materials movement.

· Ensure standards are met with transport times and request from internal and external customers.

· Scheduling and Performance Improvement.

· Prepares and Ensures adequate staffing is present per shift, scheduling PTO, etc.

· Meet with supervisor when assistance is needed.

· Assists in the preparation of performance evaluations.

· Become the super user for patient movement and real time racking systems.

· Implement processes via Grand Central and Rover application that integrate with other departments and technology.

· Implement processes via Centrak / InSites that integrate with other departments and technology.

· May Assist in badging services:

· Adding new staff/contractor badge access.

· Managing access control as directed.
