JOB SUMMARY

The Infrastructure Analyst provides support, maintenance, and administrative tasks for Textron’s Enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. This individual will also provide training and consultation services to the business stakeholders and users, as necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for support, patching, vulnerability management, and all other maintenance and administrative tasks related to the Enterprise SharePoint (on-prem) Farm, Microsoft 365 Commercial and GCC-H environments, and associated services.

  • Maintain reports that provide visibility into resource utilization, cost, capacity, and other stats.

  • Provide training and consultation on best practices for use of SharePoint, M365 Apps, and business process workflows on PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Workflows.

  • Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations.

  • Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information regarding Textron employees.

  • Open to future career development opportunities within Textron Business Unit locations

  • Limited Travel:< 5%

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in MIS or Computer Science

  • 2 years of relevant industry knowledge and experience

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

  • All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online Administration

  • Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Intune Administration

  • PowerShell

  • Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps

  • PowerBI Reporting

  • Basic understanding of the ITIL framework and Textron’s ServiceNow environment

  • Windows Server 2016, 2019 Operating Systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
