CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for an Industrial Engineering Technician.

Type: Contract

Job Title: Industrial Engineering Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

*Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Fort Worth, TX *

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: 3rd shift: 11 pm-7am

Education: AAS Required, BS Desired

Description

• Encompasses the application of scientific, technological, and mathematical principles to determine the most effective way for a manufacturing organization to use people, materials, equipment, information, and energy to make a product.

• Plans plant, office, and production facilities and equipment layouts; determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

Requirements:

• Requires basic understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories, concepts, principles, and techniques.

• Requires the ability to develop and resolve solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.

• Work is closely monitored and technical assignments are given with specific, detailed instructions.

• Contacts are primarily with immediate project team or leaders, or other professionals in a similar group.

• AAS Required, BS Desired
