Description We are in the process of recruiting an HR Recruiter to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas, 76137, United States. This role primarily involves attracting top talent to our organization and supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment pipeline, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering a seamless candidate experience

• Assist in managing the recruitment pipeline effectively and efficiently

• Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates

• Leverage creativity to create engaging job postings and facilitate recruitment events

• Implement talent acquisition strategies such as social media sourcing and recruitment marketing to attract top talent

• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies in all recruitment processes

• Continuously improve our recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure an exceptional initial employee experience

• Use skills in Careerbuilder, Microsoft Excel, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, Hiring Processes, and Applicant Screening for effective recruitment

• Source potential candidates and screen applicants to identify and onboard the best candidates for our organization. Requirements • Proven experience in the role of HR Recruiter or similar HR roles

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder and other recruitment marketing platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with background checks and understanding their importance in hiring processes

• Knowledge of benefit functions and their role in employee satisfaction

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

• A solid understanding of hiring processes and recruitment strategies

• Experience in applicant screening and assessment

• Proven skills in sourcing potential candidates from various channels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Strong decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
