This position will report to the Senior Manager of F-35 Program Finance – Material as the F-35 Material Team Lead. Specific responsibilities associated with this position include directing the day-to-day activities of multiple program finance analysts associated with supporting the Program Material CAMs in maintaining a sound financial baseline and proper EAC forecast, including providing the financial analysis to aid in the development of variance explanations, baseline change maintenance and providing a myriad of financial reporting products to assigned CAMs and IPTs. This position will also be coordinating with LM Aero Core Finance to maintain accuracy and integrity of the F-35 material cost performance structure, as well as ensuring changes to performance baseline are accurately tracked. Effective oral and written communication skills will be required to effectively manage across multiple leadership levels as well as various functional and customer levels. Familiarity with Industry Earned Value standards and their application in a complex, DoD program environment are highly desirable background experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business or related field

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) concepts and applications

• Financial analytical skills including analysis of processes and procedure steps to identify and implement improvement objectives

• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Deltek Cobra

• Familiarity with LM Aero Allocations

• Familiarity with SAP

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

• Excellent communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
