Program manager overseeing all aspects of the F-35 Training Systems and Simulation (TSS) enterprise. Responsibilities include the development of strategy, execution, leading development, and improvements for the entire F-35 Training Systems. These responsibilities will also include leading the life cycle for the F-35 Training Systems and Simulation Enterprise to include follow on development work, capability delivery in alignment with Air System, and to lead/manage the enterprise considerations across business units (including fielding and sustainment).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related experience.

• Demonstrated leadership experience working with, or for senior levels of Department of Defense.

• Demonstrated Program Management on complex programs involving Department of Defense Systems.

• Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating (As USG and/or contractor side) on ACAT I or II program.

• Demonstrated experience dealing with customer staffs and principles to include flag ranks.

Desired Skills:

• Experience leading large enterprise mission-based initiatives and program activities.

• Strong background with Fighter Warfighter training needs and operations

• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.

• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership.

• Technical background through Education and/or work experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
