Email Campaign Manager

As the email campaign manager, you will own the setup, management, testing, deployment and tracking of various client email campaigns (including ad hoc, dynamic and triggered campaigns). Additionally, you will serve as both an email subject matter expert and a primary point of contact for the email service providers (ESPs), agency partners and clients we work with.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the campaign setup, implementation, management, tracking and monitoring within an ESP platform.

• Partner with the strategy and decision sciences team to implement eCRM life-cycle contact strategy (cadence and frequency of touch points).

• Establish and maintain the deployment calendar.

• Monitor campaign deployments and deliverability across ISPs.

• Define and manage ESP access and roles for internal teams and clients.

• Manage the agency and client quality assurance rounds in conjunction with the QA department.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding results, deliverables and statuses of programs and initiatives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all ESP- and/or campaign-related questions or concerns (including some after-hours requests).

  Requirements

Email Campaign Manager

• 2+ years in high-volume email marketing operations or management role.

• Proficiency with ESP platforms

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as responsive design and coding practices.

• Experience with Litmus and/or Return Path, as well as experience with QA on mobile devices.

• Must have strong experience with relational databases and SQL queries.

• Understanding of conditional formatting and/or dynamic content requirements a plus.
