Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior management to support daily operations.

• Manage and update the company website using WordPress CMS.

• Handle content management for the website, including SEO optimization.

• Maintain and follow up on Salesforce CRM.

• Promote trade show events, wins, and acquisitions on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

• Assist with design content creation, leveraging your design background.

• Split duties evenly between digital marketing and administrative tasks.

• Provide front office and executive support.

• Create PowerPoint presentations for executives.

Requirements:

• Experience with WordPress CMS and content management.

• Background or exposure to SEO practices.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for maintenance and follow-up.

• Strong presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms for promotions.

• Design skills for content creation (e.g., Canva or similar tools).

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
