Robert Half Business Operations Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

Description

The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, developing strategies, and working closely with various departments to implement solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

· Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

· Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.

Strategy Development:

· Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.

· Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

· Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Project Management:

· Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving business operations and performance.

· Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

· Coordinate with project teams, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Work closely with various departments, including finance, marketing, sales, and operations, to understand their needs and provide analytical support.

· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive results.

· Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Business Operations Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
