Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer based in Fort Worth, TX, United States. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for developing software solutions using agile DevOps in a product model. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions. You will also be tasked with data analytics using SQL, cloud development, and data lake experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions using agile DevOps operating in a product model.

• Design, develop, and implement large-scale applications or data engineering solutions.

• Perform data analytics using SQL.

• Engage in cloud development and data lake experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.

• Utilize various tools and platforms including Python, Spark, Unix SQL, Teradata, CouchbaseMongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, ADLS, and Snowflake.

• Work with Azure Data Explorer and Azure Cloud Technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps, and Azure Functions.

• Implement CI/CD using GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.

• Use BI Analytics Tool Stack - Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Denodo, and Grafana.

• Handle Data Warehousing using DataStage and Informatica.

• Apply expertise with the Azure technology stack for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing, curation, and creating consumption layers.

• Provide practical direction within the Azure Native cloud services.

• Have a full-stack development experience, preferably in Azure.

Requirements • Proficiency in software engineering concepts and principles.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Python and SQL programming languages.

• Experience in using Oracle, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control.

• Demonstrated experience in data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence.

• Skilled in using Tableau for data visualization.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience in laptop hardware and workstation support.

• Familiarity with MIS and data analytics.

• Strong training skills to guide team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to scale out and capture key metrics for performance analysis.

• Experience in HR administration processes.

• Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
