ASM Global Customer Experience Representative in Fort Worth, Texas

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving guest inquiries and concerns.

· Suite Management: Ensure that all suites are up to standard, including cleanliness, presentation, and readiness before guests arrive.

· Catering Coordination: Work closely with catering teams to ensure that food and beverages are prepared on time, presented attractively, and meet guest expectations.

· VIP Guest Services: Take professional photos of Platinum VIP guests who purchase the all-inclusive ticket package.

· Usher Assistance: Assist ushers in guiding guests to their seats and providing necessary directions or information.

· Event Support: Answer guests' questions, provide information about the event, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

· Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to support the success of each event.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

· Guest-Oriented: A genuine care for guest satisfaction, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

· Patience and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle guest interactions with patience and professionalism.

· Attention to Detail: An eye for event planning and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all areas of responsibility.

· Hospitality Experience: A background in hospitality, with a focus on customer service or event management, is required.

· Flexible Availability: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and event-specific hours.
